MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT OF APAA
As we prepare once again to celebrate International Women's Rights Day, this is the perfect time for us to remember that women are "delicate" beings who must be preserved. However, very often her delicacy makes her vulnerable to the lack of certain needs such as: drinking water, hygiene and quality sanitation.
In sub-Saharan Africa, there are still many places where women experience enormous difficulties in accessing quality sanitation, drinking water and hygiene. This unfortunately contributes to a widening gender gap that affects women's dignity, health and safety.
Therefore, it becomes more than urgent in an increasingly digital world that we put innovation and technology at the service of sanitation. In order for them to help reduce gender gaps and ensure better access to water and sanitation services for women.
HAPPY WOMEN’S DAY
